Krzysztof Moskalewicz recital

Polish pianist Krzysztof Moskalewicz studied with Ronan O'Hora at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama. He has performed all over Europe and taken part in masterclasses by Norma Fisher, Jeremy Denk, Jonathan Bliss, Anne Queffélec, Richard Goode, Janina Fialkowska, Emil Naumoff, Cristina Ortiz, Bruce Brubaker.

He will play an all-Chopin programme:

Etude in C# minor Op 25 No 7
Scherzo No 3 in C# minor Op 39
Barcarolle in F# Op 60
Valse in Ab Op 34 No 1
Polonaise in Ab “Heroic” Op 53
Mazurkas Op 59:
No 1 in A minor, No.2 in Ab; No.3 in F# minor
Sonata No. 3 in B minor Op 58

Our piano is a fine 2015 Hamburg Steinway Model B, maintained by Steinways and tuned by them immediately before each recital.

After the concert we offer a traditional English finger buffet tea, with freshly-made sandwiches, savouries and, homemade cakes, accompanied by your choice of wine, tea, coffee or juice. Krzysztof will attend the tea and you can meet him. "Tea" tickets can be bought on the door with cash or by cheque. They cost £7, or £5 for full-time students and schoolchildren. We can cater for up to 75.
