Event information

The event will run on Zoom, you will be sent an event link nearer the day and all you have to do is click the link to join. When we say “...all you have to do” it is best to do a little technical prep ahead of the event.

• Decide on which device you are going to use, our event will run on virtually all of them PC/Mac/Laptop/Tablet/iPad/Mobile etc. We think it is best with the biggest screen you have access to, but mobile devices also work really well too.
• If you have used Zoom before on that device you should be good to go.
• If you haven’t used Zoom before, or haven't used it on your preferred device, the easiest thing is to let Zoom sort it out for you well before the event...if you click on this link to join a Zoom test meeting https://zoom.us/test from that device you will be walked through the correct setup process..
• If you can’t download apps, or don’t want to, you can also join via a web browser without downloading anything. This works best with the Chrome browser, just look for the “join from your browser” link when you click on the event link. Again you can test this out with the Zoom test meeting https://zoom.us/test
