For two years running in 2018/19, Outland’s Sunset Neon Cruise has been an unforgettable and SOLD-OUT experience. The global pandemic prevented 2020’s instalment which was postponed to 2021, which was in turn cancelled with ticket refunds. Therefore, a reminder for all that tickets for last years cruise ARE NOT VALID for this event.

Please also note that the vessel now departs from Westminster Pier at 19h15, just across the river from it's scheduled departure point.

The line-up for this cruise is FM Attack, Morgan Willis, Laura Dre and The Last Concorde, all of whom will be playing DJ sets of their best tunes and then some.

FM ATTACK is one of the undoubted pioneers who helped create the synthwave movement. Ryan Gosling said it during an interview while promoting the film Drive. Since his debut album, FM Attack signed a publishing deal with Chrysalis Music which lead to numerous remixes from artists such as Tegan & Sara, Trans-X, PNAU, Tesla Boy and Richard Marx. His sophomore album ‘Déjà vu’ was released to critical acclaim in 2013 and hailed as a dreamwave classic. His albums ‘Stellar’ and more recently ‘New World’ and ‘The Never Ending’ have broken boundaries between synthwave, synthpop and new wave, with both live and DJ performances wowing audiences across America and Canada.

MORGAN WILLIS is a French synthwave act and a true pioneer of the French (and indeed worldwide) synthwave sound, going way back to 2009. In 2016 his album Miami Calling was classified in the 10 best albums of the year by NewRetroWave. He released his opus Dreamer, a double LP through Outland Recordings in 2020, which will be available to purchase on the cruise. This is Morgan Willis’s second time on the boat after his scintillating performance back in 2019.

LAURA DRE wowed the Retrowave community with her debut release Moving Spaces in 2021, as well as receiving rave reviews in mainstream press including CLASH MAGAZINE. Laura’s sultry and thought-provoking electronic and contemporary synth pop has its roots in Japanese City Pop style, which she has been a longstanding fan of. To have her onboard spinning her favourite City Pop tunes along with some of her own is sure to get you moving on the dancefloor, and an opportunity to meet the artist behind the songs.

THE LAST CONCORDE burst onto the synthwave scene in 2020 after being signed to Outland Recordings as a discovery artist. Their brand of Mediterranean dreamwave has gone from strength to strength with the release of the sophomore Dream Machine in late 2021, along with TV appearances on Spanish TV. We’re stoked to have Jordi and Xavi spinning their best tunes from both records plus some new one on the cruise for all of you!

Hit the dance floor, or chill out on the deck while we traverse the neon-soaked waterways of London's Thames River and City skyline enjoying the best Retrowave & Synthwave vibes on offer.
