Event information
ARCELIA - songwriter Gavin Alexander (co -wrote the theme tune to Studio Ghibli's Emmy award winning TV series, Ronja the Robber's Daughter), voice artist Teresa Gallagher (Octonauts, Thunderbirds, Thomas & Friends)
and Flying Picket Simon Foster.
Together they create an exquisite sound which has been likened to Crosby Stills & Nash, America, Paul Simon. Arcelia regularly perform and tour with Chris Difford of Squeeze as well as their own tours across the UK, while also being in demand as a support act for the likes of Scott Matthews, Oysterband, Michele Stodart and Maddy Prior.
Expect a small, quirky, comfy, seated venue on one level with a bar, hot and cold soft drinks and cake.
There will be a raffle where you may win a "who gives a crap" toilet roll. woohoo.
The first hour is livestreamed on YouTube but the second half is an intimate experience with the performers alone.
