‘As I am Listening Now’ is a programme which explores the very nature of choral sound through an eclectic selection of music spanning over 400 years.
The concert also represents the 5th anniversary since Recordare’s inception and will include a number of pieces that remain special to the group as cornerstones of its musical journey to date. With works by Byrd, Gibbons, Mendelssohn, McGlade, Whitacre, Holst and Briggs to name but a few, this promises to be a wonderful evening of music and celebration.
