Courtfield 19 – ’60s ‘70s ‘80s ‘90s party down covers band who cover so many bases so brilliantly well you’ll most likely leave the venue on a skateboard in flares and winklepickers with deely boppers on yer swede. Top fun.
Wild Horse – Blue eyed soul trio. Jazzy guitar chords, deft rhythm section, loverly vocals…an indie trio whose funked up guitar pop flows with the exuberant energy of kids who grew up listening to hip hop beats and classic 60s/70s Brit Rock vinyl. Recently featured on Simon Le Bon’s radio show!
Pretty Velvet – Bluesy rawk that offers a unique twist with dual-fronting male and female lead vocals, and drawing inspiration from the likes of Led Zeppelin, Kelsey Karter, and Fleetwood Mac. Something of The Gossip care of the Beth Ditto tones of the female singer too. Hard rockin’… but fresh and undeniably energetic…
