Event information

After the triumph of our January show we have decided to one again put on an alternative comedy night at Hoopla Impro.

Alongside the Next Level Sketch collective, we have four VERY SPECIAL guests to tell you about.

Rosalie Minnitt is a writer and performer who has been wowing audiences with her character comedy prowess. Her show “Clementine” was a hot smash at Edinburgh and enjoyed a sellout Soho Theatre run. We’re very happy to have her on our Hoopla stage!

“Delirious, demented stuff” - Chortle

Al Nash is an English actor, writer, director, producer and comedian. He’s another character comedian who makes us laugh a great deal - check out his many bizarre and hilarious videos if you want to get a flavour of his majesty, or simply come along and find out how great he is.

Vidya Divakaran is a writer/performer who is one of the humans who MCs the fabulous Soft Play Area night in trendy Dalston. Do people still say trendy? We’re thrilled to see what she does at Next Level Sketch!

Chris East is our nemesis. He runs The Dip, a fabulous night in Kentish Town that books quite a lot of the same alternative acts as we do, though thankfully on a different date. Chris is a brilliant sketch and character comedian and we look forward to challenging him to a duel near a waterfall.

Early bird tickets are available now at the very reasonable price of six English pounds. The monies from your tickets go to helping our acts to eat and pay for electricity, so do pay full general admission (£8!) if you can afford it.
