GUARDS -- Beginning as a solo project for Richie Follin in New York, brother of Madeline Follin herself one half of Cults, Guards have emerged with a mini album of hugely exciting and very accomplished romantic, gritty shuffled up high school rock and roll, imbued with the spirit of nineties alt, like Pavement meets The Beach Boys. This sees an eagerly anticipated first UK visit for a very exciting new band, destined for big things.
PLUS YOUNG BUFFALO - Young Buffalo are a 3-piece band from Oxford, Mississippi. e band signed a US deal with Fat Possum records in May 2010 and have finished recording their debut album with Kyle 'Slick' Johnson(Wavves, Cymbals Eat Guitars) at Sweet Tea Studios in Mississippi
