Adam Bloom
Adam Bloom is one of Britain's most inventive comedians. He has performed sell-out solo shows at 7 Edinburgh Festivals as well as performing a sell-out tour of Britain. He has also sold out theatres 7in Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland, Wellington & Cape Town as well as making three visits to ‘Just For Laughs’ in Montreal. In 2004, Adam was part of the 'Just For Laughs Comedy Tour', playing to 42,000 people in 17 cities across Canada. He has also written three series of ‘The Problem with Adam Bloom’ for BBC Radio 4.
"Some people go on stage and talk about sex which is fine if you like that sort of thing. I talk about life, because life is inherently funny, I just get ideas about stuff and work them into jokes. It doesn’t matter where you tell it, a funny joke will get laughs anywhere."
Joe Bor
A sharp and energetic observational comedian, Joe is a rising star of the stand up circuit. 2010 has seen him debut his first full-length solo show Joe Bor - A Study of Embarassment by a Guy with Two Bumholes to great acclaim at some of the country's top festivals. The show earned him a 'Best Value Show' appraisal at the Leicester Comedy Festival, where he performed for three nights at The Criterian to sell-out audiences. Joe featured on DAVE channel's Magners Pint Sized Comedy at this year's Glasgow Comedy Festival.
Andy Robinson
Andy Robinson has been performing comedy for five years and will continue to do so until he marries into royalty. Starting as a musician - with a Nineties band named The Carpetsweepers – Andy moved into comedy whenthe patter between the songs become more entertaining than the music. At the Glastonbury Festival in 1993, Andy won a competition for perspiring young comedians. This first encounter of the sweaty world of stand up gave him a real insight into a life of comedy.
Andy commenced his meteoric trajectory into the glitzy world of show business from a pub in Dudley where he sharpened his trade compering a 'free and easy' night every fortnight. The discipline of cracking funnies between bare-knuckle boxing and dogfights was an invaluable experience. He was briefly a local radio DJ in Birmingham - but was sacked over comments about a boy band!
