Making Music helps over 2,700 amateur and semi-professional music organisations through a wide range of member services including low-cost public liability insurance, access to a dedicated development officer offering advice on marketing, fundraising and community outreach work, plus a simplified Performing Rights Society royalty scheme and many more. With everything from choirs, orchestras and festivals to samba groups, handbell ringers and world music ensembles, Making Music is here to make sure that all voluntary music groups flourish. Full Weekend tickets admit ticket holders to all events on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. (Does NOT include Thursday evening)

Ashley Hutchings is the legendary, band-leader extraordinaire and also a multi-talented singer, writer, arranger, actor, producer and broadcaster. His influence and innovation are celebrated throughout the music world. The founder of Fairport Convention, Steeleye Span and The Albion Band, Ashley continues to be in the forefront of English music.

Blair Dunlop although only 19 years old, has already fitted a lot into his young life. As the son of folk legend Ashley Hutchings and singer Judy Dunlop he has been encouraged to take to the stage since a young age. He has now blossomed into a greatly admired singer, guitarist and actor. Some of the highlights of his performing career include playing Little Willy Wonka in the blockbuster movie of “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” (Johnny Depp starred as the grown-up Willy), touring for the whole of last Autumn in a new production of the play “Lark Rise” and appearing at festivals such as Big Session, Towersey and Cropredy Fringe.
