Let's Bopp presents:
HOT CLUB DE PARIS
Latest signings to the ultra-hip Moshi Moshi label (released early singles by The Rakes, Bloc Party), this Liverpudlian 3-piece have just released their debut single and it's already going for ridiculous amounts on eBay. Impossibly tight, jerky, off-kilter pop songs - their live show will leave you floored. "One of the bands of 2006" - John Kennedy XFM.

REDCARSGOFASTER
This Leicester 5-piece make one hell of a racket. There are echoes of Joy Division and Sonic Youth but also a post-rock sound that turns their music into a visceral, beautiful noise. With two singles on the influential High Voltage label (The Longcut/Nine Black Alps) under their belts, they are ready to take on the world. "Utterly fantastic... there a moments of sheer genius" - Drowned In Sound

THE WOMBATS
Another band from Liverpool, their recent 'Lost In The Post' single was the epitome of cuddly pop joy, released on the buzzy Kids label. Guitar + bass + keyboards + drums = irresistably catchy guitar music. Simple really. "A joy to behold" - Gigwise.com

KISSING COUSINS
Local boys Kissing Cousins are definitely ones to watch. Having only recently formed, they've already had their demo played by Steve Lamacq and Zane Lowe and have supported Mystery Jets, Larrikin Love and The Holloways. Indie-pop with a scruffy edge, fans of the above won't be dissapointed.
