The Pier, with its twinkling lights, penny arcades and sideshows, stretching majestically into the deep blue briney. Sticks of rock, ice cream and a little bit of variety... some of your fondest memories were made at the seaside...

Let's go back in time, and see if memory really serves....

On Saturday 22 October The Peryls launch their debut Album, 'A Man He Was to All the Country Dear'.

It tells the story of one man's fading memories... some are true, some are maybe not so true... some are perhaps better forgotten.

'The End of the Pier Show' is a night packed full of performance and intrigue as The Peryls are joined in the ballroom by enigmatic troubadour Robin James, burlesque queens The Thrill Billies, Mesmerist The Great Dardido and a host of other wonders.

Visit the penny arcade, enjoy a cake or two and try your hand with six-time arm wrestling champion Arthur Dorohoff!

So dress for the occasion... the pier is waiting and it's a lovely day!... Smart clothes and boaters for the gents, summer dresses for the ladies...

We're all going on a summer holiday, no more worries for me and you...
