Catriona McKay, (Scottish harp) and Chris Stout (Shetland fiddle) explore new music and new ideas within a partnership of two distinctly traditional instruments, sculpting their musical identities together as a duo and as members of Shetland’s leading band, Fiddler’s Bid. Their work as a duo blends elemental intensity with graceful eloquence. They continue to evolve a sound and style “operating at a rarefied level of expertise” (Glasgow Herald)
