We welcome Richard Tyrone Jones with his one-man-show Richard Tyrone Jones' Big Heart, plus support from the South West's hero of spoken word and stand up poetry Matt Harvey and Bristol's legendary rising star Harry Baker. All tied up in a ribbon by Mama Tokus.

For his 30th birthday RTJ, the healthy, gym-going "Ringmaster of Spoken Word" (****Three Weeks) got an unexpected present: heart failure.
