Paris 1945. Christiane waits for a ticket to England that will reunite her with her fiancé. While she waits, this irrepressible, eccentric Parisian mademoiselle recounts her love affair with a tongue-tied English teacher from Staffordshire. We saw this show at Edinburgh where it won Best Solo Act and have been intent ever since on bringing it to the Rotunda – it’s funny, quirky, and would warm the hardest of hearts.
