We're at it again, hosting another rip-roaring barn dance at St-John-at-Hackney for Valentine's Day. Forget about having a partner or not, here everyone gets to dance with a partner! Doe-Si-Doh! For those looking for something a little extra, our cut a shine crew will be running barn dating antics, pranks and hijinks helping to break the ice that little bit more.

In support, a performance from the Mediaeval Babes, Hackney's own internationally renowned voluptuous songstresses of stunning harmony.

Our bar will be stocked with only the finest artisan ale and farm house cider and scrumpy (hot or not) to warm the winter cockles

Sound Reinforcement comes from a full Funktion1 sound system, ensuring all church like echoes are dealt with. We've got a later license than usual to ensure that the dancing continues into the night with our hoedown DJs keeping everyone on their feet. More bands to be added to line up soon too.... it's a winner.

We once again thank St-John-at-Hackney for providing the space for a dance. Half the proceeds from the event go to the church, so it may continue it's work in the local community.
