Describing their sound as "Beats, Rhymes and Brass of the highest calibre”,
Lazy Habits take inspiration from New Orleans jazz, soul, hip hop, and big
bands of the 1950s to produce an eclectic sound that packs an unforgettable
punch. This Hackney based 8 piece have showcased their explosive on stage
energy at Glastonbury, Bestival, Shepherd’s Bush Empire, The Roundhouse,
KOKO and toured with the likes of Mos Def, Soulwax, The Specials, Bonobo,
Chali 2Na (Jurrasic5) and Beardyman, winning hearts and fans across the UK.
2011 sees Lazy Habits storm the festival circuit at home and abroad, including
shows at Lovebox, Bestival, The Big Chill, Croatia, Taiwan and The French
Alps as well as a full UK club tour. The release of single Starting Fires kicks off
the summer, complete with the jazz beats, punchy brass and snappy lyrics that
