Otley Chamber Orchestra continues to expand its membership as well as its musical horizons! Since our 2011 concert we have continued to rehearse a variety of music spanning 3 centuries. For our concert this year we have selected pieces which have a wide audience appeal and also demonstrate that the orchestra is playing with even greater verve and enthusiasm! The acquisition of percussion instruments allows us to play the exciting and colourful overture by Nicolai and achieve an authentic Spanish flavour in our final piece. On the other hand the sheer musical quality of our players and their sense of ensemble will be evident in the performance of Beethoven and Haydn with which the programme begins.
There's something for everyone here and we hope our friends and supporters will once again enjoy the lively music making of Otley's own Chamber Orchestra.

PLEASE NOTE: This event is at Wesley Hall (adjacent to the Methodist Church, Boroughgate, Otley), not at Otley Courthouse.
