Kevin Dempsey has music in his soul. His multi-facetted career is testament to his talent as a guitarist, singer, songwriter and record producer.
He is sought out by many other musicians who enjoy not only his company but also know that his craftsmanship will always seek the most sensitive chord, the perfect arrangement, the ultimate lyrical sound or sheer driving rhythm, all to blend seamlessly into great pieces of music.
Rosie Carson & Kevin Dempsey are a seemingly unlikely duo, who despite being separated by a generation and the Atlantic Ocean, share a great passion for traditional music from both cultures. The duo isn't really a coincidence at all. Rosie's dad, Steve Carson and Kevin Dempsey have been friends since the early eighties, having met in England during the formation of folk “super-group” Whippersnapper. Rosie and Kevin are building here on the success of two tours of the UK & Europe during 2010.
