Da Capo Alba is Scotland’s largest and most accomplished guitar and mandolin orchestra. Under the leadership of Barbara Pommerenke-Steel, they have been performing in Scotland and abroad since 1999. Their current repertoire includes pieces of popular music (Bohemian Rhapsody), music from films (the Godfather and Pirates of the Caribbean) Latin (Eduardo Angulo: Suite Mexicana) and an early classical Symphony by Carl Schwindl.
