Lorraine Jordan is a celtic/folk singer songwriter who takes the influences of her Irish roots and love of traditional ballads and combines them with her contemporary musical influences to create an intoxicating and thought provoking set of original songs. She has released 4 CDs to much critical acclaim and has shared stages with many well known names including Richard Thompson, Loudon Wainwright III, the Waterboys and Dick Gaughan.

Musicians who have recorded/toured with Lorraine have included Celtic guitarist Tony McManus, pianist Steve Fletcher (Paul Brady, Penguin Cafe Orchestra), mandolin player Neal Davey (Dalla, Anam), accordioinist Pete Garnet (Moishe's Bagel), Steafan Hannigan (Sin E), guitarist John Whelan (Mary Coughlan Band), viola player Mairi Campbell (The Cast) among others.

Lorraine has toured extensively in Germany, Italy, Austria, Holland, Switzerland, Scandinavia, Ireland and Scotland, and has a growing audience in Australia and the USA.
