This concert is a very special double bill of arabic music with UK based ‘Jadid Ensemble’ and Palestinian oud player Nizar Rohana. ‘Nizar Rohana’ is one of the finest international oud players. His spellbinding performances include material from his highly acclaimed ‘Sard’ album, aswell as solo improvisations (taqseem).

The ‘Jadid Ensemble’, formed by UK flamenco guitarist Glenn Sharp, is a contemporary fusion of Arabic, Turkish and Flamenco music, played by a five piece ensemble. They willbe playing material from their debut album ‘Sigh of the Moor’.
