Since I left school I ain’t played much of a role,
Life’on even Sex, Drugs and on the Dole.
Boozing, gambling and losing,
I ain’t seen my dreams ‘cos of too much snoozing.
Record unemployment but it feels like they’re blaming me,
I guess being young ain’t what it used to be.
You see, I’ve promised someone money and I’ve gotta get it anyway I can,
If I can raise just this last hundred pound then I’ll be a happy man.
But things just don’t happen that easy for me, it’s not like I can ask my Dad,
he’s a loser,
But the apple didn’t fall far from the tree.
Wait, I swear you owe me a tenner,
Bring it on the dates and times shown and I’ll love you forever!
