In this the 'Year of Creative Scotland 2012' The General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS) brings together a panel of key people to discuss what inspires and promotes creativity and how we should support and encourage our young people to play their part in the creativity and culture of this country. Panellists include: Ricky Ross, BBC presenter and member of the band Deacon Blue; Vicky Featherstone, Artistic Director and Chief Executive of the National Theatre of Scotland; Siobhan Miller, Radio 2 Young Folk Award Winner, Joan Parr, of Creative Scotland whose portfolio includes Education Learning and Young People along with David Drever, Convener of GTCS. Chaired by the Deputy Presiding Officer Elaine Smith MSP.
