The Weald Choir, conducted by Michael Emery, present a concert of German and Austrian music, with organist Adrian Bawtree. In the programme will be Mendelssohn’s Hear my Prayer (which includes O for the wings of a dove), Bruckner’s Ave Maria; Locus iste; Christus factus est; Tota pulchra es, Brahms’ Geistliches Lied, Rheinberger’s Abendlied, J.S Bach’s Komm, Jesu, Komm and other works. Free parking is available in the school playground, off Collier Row, opposite the venue. Tickets £12 (£10 seniors, £6 school age) can be obtained from the ticket manager on 01293 515287, Ackerman Music, Crawley Art Shop or online via the choir website www.wealdchoir.co.uk.
