The Oxjam Bedford Takeover, sponsored by Concept Event Solutions, is a one-day, multi-venue music festival, featuring the best local bands and artists, in the pick of the town's venues. Each of our venues is letting us 'Takeover' to bring you a fantastic musical line-up, from rock to reggae, folk to funk - the Oxjam Bedford Takeover's got it all!

Buying a wristband through WeGotTickets gives you admission to all our six Takeover venues, to see over 50 brilliant performances and 12 hours of fantastic live music.

The Takeover is organised by a committed team of unpaid volunteers, working hard to raise money for Oxfam whilst bringing Bedford lots of fantastic festival fun.

The Oxjam Bedford Takeover is part of a programme of events nationally, throughout October, all raising money for Oxfam. Since the first event in 2006, Oxjam has raised over £1.5m for Oxfam's life-saving emergency responses and life-changing development work. That's enough money to buy 13,000 emergency shelters, 60,000 goats or 900 classrooms.
