THE LUCKY STRIKES
Precocious Leigh-On-Sea lads, carrying on the finest musical traditions of the Thames Delta, and moving quickly on from initial forays in garage-blues towards an impressive melange of roots music and southern rock. Their new album Gabriel, Forgive My 22 Sins tells an archetypal American story as their stylistic options increase.

“Like wayward cousins of The Bottle Rockets” - Uncut

“An easy adeptness at moving back and forth amongst varied styles ... a surprising, but never discordant, collage. a patent intelligence yoked to obvious musical smarts indicates their growing maturity” - Bucketfull Of Brains

THE DREAMING SPIRES
Oxford's The Dreaming Spires burst fresh out of the box with an enviable musical pedigree. Group members - and brothers - Robin and Joe Bennett were formally of Goldrush and Danny & the Champions of the World while new single Everything All The Time (and B Side In Our Lifetimes) was produced by Supergrass producer (and Oxford based) Sam Williams. The band are skillfully aided by Loz Colbert of Ride on drums, making the guys something of an Oxford supergroup.
This is fine, fine Americana; not so much foot-tapping as dancing with abandon from a band that fuses the warmth and energy of west-coast America with the spirit and heritage of their beloved home town of Oxford.

TREVOR MOSS & HANNAH-LOU
Trevor Moss and Hannah-Lou are rare musicians. This formidable young husband and wife duo are redefining the modern folk musician. Their resilient and perfectly synchronised union of heart and mind hollers and sings in euphonious harmony, dancing elegantly with words masterfully placed.
Their third album, "La Ferme De Fontenaille" was released in Novemeber 2012 on Anglophone Recordings.
"With the soft thrum of their acoustic guitars holding up their angelic vocal narrative, there's so much harmony here that you forget about how discordant everything else is outside the beautiful world they've built." - NME

CASE HARDIN
Case Hardin take their name from the female lead in Boston Teran's noir thriller 'God Is A Bullet' (Pan 2000). In the finest tradition of naming groups, it came about by virtue of being the book that band- leader and songwriter Pete Gow was reading when the call came through that they had secured their first gig; necessity was, once again, the mother of invention on that day.
It seems Case Hardin is all about the story and the telling of that story. Gow's writing now carries the weight of critical praise ('aching lyrical genius', 'one of our foremost storytelling songwriters') but in concert his songs also carry the power of a band continually in the service of those songs.
