The Kast off Kinks were put together in 1994 by Mick Avory, original drummer of The Kinks.
Consisting of ex-members of the legendary band, they have played on a regular basis at Kinks fan club meetings and charity events. About three years ago they decided to take the band around the country to have fun and keep the music alive.
Along with Mick Avory, Jim Rodford on bass from the 70’s & 80’s line-up, and Ian Gibbons from the 80’s & 90’s, they are joined on guitar & vocals by Dave Clarke who has played with the Beach Boys, Noel Redding Band & Tim Rose among others.
Expect all the hits including ‘You Really Got Me’, ‘Tired of Waiting’, ‘Sunny Afternoon’, ‘Lola’, ‘Deadend Street’, ‘Waterloo Sunset’, ‘Apeman’, ‘Come Dancing’ and much more, for a great night out!
