Anna Coogan and Danni Fiaschi have crossed continental divides to become one of the most compelling duos on the acoustic country scene today.
Anna, who hails from America (currently living in New York) has an incredibly captivating and versatile voice, while Danni is one of Italy's most inventive and experimental guitar players.
While still a teenager, Anna's destiny was twinned with music when she was accepted to study opera in Austria. The timing couldn't have been worse!
The invitation coincided with her falling in love with country music and over the following months she came to realise that her heart was not in the formal world of the opera stage but behind a guitar and singing her heart out to country fans.
Then she met Danni, one of Italy's finest young guitar players. He is a stunning blues and rock player but Anna brought out deeper emotions in his playing when she recruited him as her musical partner.
