For the fourth time Amnesty International Waltham Forest is opening the doors to the ballroom inviting you to celebrate the 1920`s in an incredibly stylish way Gatsby would have approved.
This glamorous night dedicated to an era which saw women wear make up for the first time, men dress like real gentlemen and Jazz become a popular music genre will have you travel back in time dancing the Charleston and eating cucumber sandwiches whilst listening to original Shellac records.
We'll have live Jazz played by the band "While the cat`s away" as well as DJ Tony Tunes entertaining you during sets with his Shellac record collection.
Our special guest this year is "Champagne Charlie" who will wow you with a fun-packed show including tap dance.
More info about him can be found here:

For the first time ever there will be a Fashion Show of 1920's style clothes which have been especially made for the event by students from the City & Islington College.
If you're looking to add a sparkle to your wardrobe, look no further than to our Jewellery stall run by the Waltham Forest Jewellery group.
Dressing up in 1920`s style is not mandatory, but greatly appreciated.
Snacks and drinks will be available to buy throughout the night.
All proceeds go to Amnesty International to support human rights projects around the world.
