Showcasing for the first time in the UK a selection of short films by young filmmakers from Palestine. These films have been produced as part of the A.M. Qattan Foundation’s Production Support Programme.

The Production Support Project began in 2009 to provide support for aspiring Palestinian filmmakers to make their first fiction shorts, both in cash and in kind. Accordingly, the Foundation acquired a grip and lighting equipment bank, which is now based in Ramallah and which is loaned to filmmakers on a regular basis. The bank is the only one of its size in the Occupied Territories.

The Project has thus far produced nine short fiction films and is co-funded by the Foundation and the Representative of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the Occupied Palestinian Territories.
