In our promotion of British music, the NLSO proudly programmes beautifully written works by Delius, Milford and Alwyn. William Alwyn’s mighty Symphony No. 4 concludes one of the largest concerts in the season. With brass fanfares and soaring melodies, it presents a powerful climax to this November concert at St. Sepulchre-without-Newgate, London.
