Yinka Esi Graves
Yinka studied with Cristobal Reyes, Manuel Reyes, Merche Esmeralda, La Truco, Pepa Molina, and more recently Belen Fernandez, and appeared at Teatro Calderon in Madrid, Segovia’s la Granja Festival and the Seville Bienal with Saul Quiros, José Maya and Alfonso Losa. A name to note.
Jesus Olmedo (dancer)
At 15 years old, Jesus performed in the award-winning film “El otro barrio”. Graduated in 2003 from the Madrid Conservatoire. In the same year he joined “Juanma” as principal male sololist, performing the premier of ”De raiz”with the Madrid Symphony Orquestra at the Teatro Real in 2004. 2005 Award winner at the Teatro Albeniz in Madrid.
From 2006 to 2008 Jesus toured Spain with guitarist Alejandro Torres, before moving to Ibiza and forming the group “Querencia”which performed to public and critical acclaim.
In 2009 Jesus arrived in London, where he is now performing in many venues, and teaching flamenco dance.

Javier Macías
Javier is originally from San Roque –Cadiz-, the birthplace Flamenco, from a family in which this art is way of expression and learnt this traditional art from a very early age.
He has performed in Sevilla, Granada and Jerez de la Frontera since he was a child. And has performed extensively in Europe, participating in different projects including Café de Silverio, Trovador, La Tipica Flamenco Company and with The Royal Shakespeare Company in Cardenio.
Chris Clavo
A founder member and musical director of Flamenco Express, he began playing the guitar at fourteen years old and later studied with flamenco maestros Carlos Heredia, Diego Amaya and Pepe Justicia. He has performed throughout Britain and Europe with Flamenco Express as well as touring with flamenco jazz virtuoso Eduardo Niebla and Iraqi pop sensation Jassim.
Musical director and instrumentalist 'Iron in the Soul' 2012.
La Joaquina
Founder member, choreographer and director of Flamenco Express. She has worked with Christina Hoyos, Paco Peña and others in Madrid, Tokyo, New York, Montreal, Toronto, Paris and throughout Europe.
