Theatre Performances include:

Satellite Arts - Shadow Puppet Show - 'Moon Man'
Satellite arts will perform their version of a little known story by Hans Christian Anderson using beautiful handmade shadow puppets.

Yew Tree Youth Theatre - Spoken Word/Poetry
Yew Tree's budding writers will showcase some of their work on the theme of fire!

Circus Performers - Circus skills in the disciplines of Fire Poi/Fire Staff/Diablo/Fire Breathing and Stilt Walking.

'An Evening Of Enlightenment' will transform the grounds of The Orangery, Wakefield into a life sized, multi-sensory, sound and light installation. Showcasing upcoming musicians who will create ambient soundscapes and interact with street performers, shadow puppetry and other visual delights!
All amongst a unique and wondrous environment scattered with fire sculptures and creative lighting.

New Music Plus UK is a nationwide development programme run by PRS for Music Foundation in association with the hub. Twelve talented, emerging event producers have been placed with innovative cross-art form host organisations and venues in cities and towns across the UK. The aim of the programme is to strengthen the producers' and organisations' approaches to programming new music and to engage with new audiences.
