A special Bonfire Night performance of V For Vendetta - the acclaimed stage adaptation of Alan Moore and David Lloyd's legendary graphic novel. Having just been performed to great success at the Lakes International Comic Art Festival, V for Vendetta now arrives in Oldham in a version specially adapted for the unique environment of Jackson's Pit.
In the aftermath of a biological war, England is a police state ruled by the fascist Norsefire Party. But one man is determined that freedom of choice be returned to the people - a masked anarchist known only as V. When an innocent young woman, Evey Hammond, stumbles into his long-standing vendetta, she is soon unsure who is the hero and who is the villain...
