Event information
Happenstance have played together at fairly regular intervals since November 2011. The dynamic of the band arises from an unlikely blend of influences drawn from its various members: jazz phraseology rubs up against segments of abstract texture, or stray echoes of ‘contemporary music’ compete with punkish dance beats. Chris Biscoe and Noel Taylor make up the winds, with Guillaume Viltard on bass and percussion.
