Red Balloon Music and Tiny Bird are proud to present a joint headline show featuring Little Sparrow & Natalie McCool.

Friday September 12th sees the rising stars of two major music cities come together as Manchester's Little Sparrow is joined by Liverpool's female artist of 2013 Natalie McCool for a joint headline show at the beautiful Sacred Trinity Church, Salford.

Little Sparrow

Lyrically intriguing with tenderly beautiful vocals, the songs of Little Sparrow are projected with honesty and passion presenting every word as a truth burning from deep within her heart. As captivating to watch as she is to listen to, her delicately emotive use of expression mirrors the sincerity of her delivery making her someone not to be missed.

Little Sparrow’s delicate acoustic folk songs are created with a combination of flawless vocals, strings, guitars, percussion and tender harmonies.

Her debut album 'Wishing Tree' has gathered many outstanding reviews and can be found here.

She has recently been played on many radio stations including the Janice Long Show on Radio 2, BBC Manchester Introducing with Michelle Hussey, BBC Introducing Merseyside with Dave Monks and on BBC 6 Radio by Chris Hawkins and Tom Robinson.

Natalie McCool

Winner of Female Artist of the Year (Liverpool Music Awards), Natalie McCool is a singular voice surrounded by a constellation of guitar; shifting from delicate finger style beginnings to chorus drenched Johnny Marr-esque riffing.

Natalie has received radio play from a long list of National and local radio stations who have also recognised her undeniable guitar artistry; including BBC 6 Music shows such as Chris Hawkins, Tom Ravenscroft, Shaun Keaveny, Steve Lamacq and Huey Morgan; also the BBC ‘Introducing’ show; XFM’s John Kennedy & Hattie Pearson; and BBC Radio 2 shows including Dermot O’Leary, Janice Long, Steve Wright, Richard Allinson and Claudia Winkleman.
