An experienced Hindustani Classical vocalist specialising in the North Indian “Khyal” style of vocal music, Prabhat Rao will present a repertoire of pure classical Ragas and Bhajans. Born into a musical family in Chennai, SE India, he was initiated into music by first his grandmother Smt Bhaskaramma and then his father. Now based in London, his guru is Smt.
