Comprises of three Arch-Mages of astral magic and sound, Heloise, Uiutna and Mark Wagner, uniting the elements, stone, bell, electronics into one universal whole. Master drone journeys into the outer heart.

Since childhood the mysterious Mai Mai Main has followed his parents around Europe and the Near East, assimilating the different cultures, atmospheres and sonorities of the places he was involuntarily taken to. This project is the transposition of those experiences into music and sounds: a mix of drone and ambient, steamy rhythmics, field recordings and sound-scapes which lead us to ancient and arcane ages, on the border between east and west.

Turntablism

...and finally yet first on the bill for the night will be local support from:

► BIR AND THE DRUMMER
http://lcpmusic.bandcamp.com/

Bir, otherwise known to one and all as Maurice Hotel Death, would under normal circumstances be playing a crooked and twisted set of tape loops, industrial drone and acid drum machine beats. Yet here appearing in a world first collaboration with the mysterious ‘Drummer’ (cough ‘Rattle’, ‘Fists’) we don’t know what to expect.
