Porchlight Smoker are a Sussex based Roots / Americana band, touring in support of their third album ‘Water Into Sand’ released 26th January via At The Helm / Proper.

The 4-piece consists of Fred Gregory (mandolin, guitars, vocals), Scott Smith (lap-steel, guitars, banjo, harmonica, clarinet, vocals), Steve Bell (banjo, mandolin, guitars, vocals) and Scott Warman (double-bass, vocals).

The band’s self-titled debut album was released in 2009, and described by one critic as “perfectly flawed”. Album number two – imaginatively titled ‘2’ – received national and regional airplay, along with some great reviews along the way…
