Alison Stephens is recognized world-wide as one of the leading virtuosi of her instrument, giving recitals, talks and masterclasses all over the world. This evening she will reveal the secrets of the Mandolin orchestra, and play a wide selection of music written by Italian composers on many of her enormous and entertaining collection of instruments. The programme includes music by Vivaldi, Paganini, Scarlatti and a host of lesser known and highly entertaining mandolin players .
