After way too long, the spectacular Sadies return to Brighton. Ridiculously talented musicians, who fortunately know how to rock like muthas too. They are a phenomenon in Brighton; ask anyone who saw their debut at the Hanbury (two and a half hour set, and they were the opening band! The place exploded - it was a legendary gig! They've backed everyone from Andre Williams to Neko Case, Jon Langford to Jon Spencer, they drop covers at will (Pink Floyd, The Mekons, Elvis), they will leave you slack-jawed in awe. We expect them to remind us that they are one of the greatest live acts in the world.

(Sadly, rock and roll sometimes has to watch the clock, and we'll have to wrap this show at 11pm. Be sure to get in early: The Sadies could play for a good long while... watch this space for more info).
