CHEBFEST 2015

Event information

CHEBFEST is a female fronted metal band & burlesque charity festival that will happen at The Library, Leeds on Sat 22 Aug 2015. Fundraising for Sue Ryder. This year the theme will be COSPLAY too, so fancy dress is encouraged!

This is the fourth Chebfest EVER!

With all profit from the event going to Sue Ryder-Manorlands Hospice, Chebfest will be showcasing the very finest female fronted bands and burlesque acts from around the UK. Rock, metal, rap core and much more will all be taking to the stage.

However, not wishing to exclude any guys from the proceedings, full male ensemble will dress in drag for the occasion and open the entire festival, as per tradition.

With ‘female fronted’ acts carving themselves out a rapidly growing niche in the world of rock and metal, Chebfest also looks to give these bands a stage from which to promote themselves further.

After its success in previous years, we want to keep the momentum going and really show our support for such a deserving cause.
