Storytelling is something of a Texas tradition. Tall hats and even taller tales are woven into the fabric of The Lone Star State, and singer-songwriter, Jarrod Dickenson can spin a yarn with the best of them. Hailing from Waco, now based in Brooklyn, Dickenson spends most of his time on the road bringing his own particular brand of soulful americana to a wide variety of music loving audiences around the globe.

Jarrod's critically acclaimed album 'The Lonesome Traveler' paved the way for him to tour the UK and Ireland extensively in 2013/2014, and support artists such as Laura Marling, David Bromberg, John Fulbright, Duke Special and David Ford.

His EP, 'Songs From Willow St', gained him even more fans across the UK, including BBC radio hosts Cerys Matthews, Dermot O'Leary, Huey Morgan, Janice Long, Robert Elms and Alex Lester - all of whom played Jarrod's music on their shows.

After breakout performances at Glastonbury Festival and Larmer Tree this summer, Jarrod is returning to the British Isles in the autumn to support the legendary Don McLean in Ireland, followed by a 21 date tour of the UK with The Waterboys.

His new album is due for release early in 2016, which will coincide with his UK headlining tour.

"If you can catch him, you should...he reminds of this cat, Gram Parsons" -Huey Morgan, BBC Radio 2

"A voice like a young Tom Waits...Jarrod Dickenson's songs are simply breathtaking, possessing melodies many of his peers would give their left arm for." - No Depression

"An incredible talent" -Janice Long, BBC Radio 2

"Dickenson has a superb, expressive voice..." -Country Music People (5 Star Review)

"Brilliant songs" -Cerys Matthews, BBC Radio 6

Cardiad Harmon

New York City based Brit, Cariad Harmon's music should come with a warning label.
