Horizon trophy finalist at the 2015 BBC Folk Awards and winner of numerous other prizes, Ange is a songwriter and singer from Somerset, performing original numbers written in a traditional style with instruments including guitar, harp, whistle, bodhran and shruti box. Her latest album, inspired by the work of Samuel Taylor Coleridge, has attracted particular acclaim. This is an auspicious York debut.
