Colorama’s main man Carwyn Ellis has to be one of the busiest musicians around. In the last year he’s released two albums as Colorama – ‘Temari’ (in English) and ‘Dere Mewn’ (in Welsh), collaborated with Edwyn Collins on the soundtrack to Mojo’s 2014 Film Of The Year, ‘The Possibilities Are Endless’, released a Welsh Music Prize nominated electronic album (as Zarelli) featuring the late Leonard Nimoy AND co-produced, co-written and arranged the new album, ‘Red Kite’ from Saint Etienne singer, Sarah Cracknell. Carwyn & Colorama are one of the best kept secrets in music, but their impressive live shows bear them out as ones to watch.
