Opening party of new season of vintage ballroom and Latin dancing at the Black Tie Ballroom Club at the Tea House Theatre for summer. Early bird tickets only £5, normal price tickets £10. Live performance from Hailey Tuck and pre war records of slow and Viennese waltz, slow foxtrot, quickstep, Charleston and tango and forties and fifties records of rumba, jive and cha cha, Beginners ballroom lesson from 7.30 to 8pm.Full bar, intimate atmosphere, dress code black tie for men and evening dress for women. Quickstep bus stop, ten most glamorous looking women competition with a free glass of bubbly as the prize, about six male and female taxi dancers available free of charge for all guests. Ten minutes of tuition on one popular sequence dance. Chairs and tables for all guests.
