The venue comprises both seated and standing space. There are a limited number of seats. These are allocated on a first come first served basis, so if you'd like a seat, please ensure you arrive early.

NEW ROOTS PRESENTS.... Lords of Thyme + Support
The Lords of Thyme are Joe Woolley, Tali Trow and Pat Kenneally, all past members of acclaimed UK prog-folk act Circulus. To date they have released two Ep's and a limited edition 7” single, lovingly mixed by John Wood (Nick Drake, Fairport Convention, John Martyn), and have appeared on the 'Shirley Collins Inspired' album in collaboration with folk legend Bonnie Dobson, alongside Bonnie Prince Billy, Graham Coxon, Alasdair Roberts, Trembling Bells and Lee Renaldo. In 2015 the band were cover-featured by FRoots Magazine as four from the New Folk Underground to watch alongside Lynched, Stick In The Wheel and Mishaped Pearls. This evening marks the launch of their third EP, “Pellets', releasd through Sunstone Records.

It’s committed to providing artists with an environment that is sympathetic to what they do, giving musicians the respect they and their music deserves. Our music policy comes from the kitchen table, the roots of public performance- intimate, acoustic based, high quality musicianship with as little interference between performer and listener as possible. We find that in traditional folk, indie folk, alt-folk, chamber folk, country blues, Americana, alt-country, old-time rhythm & blues, gypsy jazz, honky-tonk, klezmer, world music, modern classical music and all points in between.
