Event information

A voice which could simply be a soundtrack to any movie of hope"
- Brighton AfterDark

Acoustic folk/pop artist Saskia Steene Faulkner has an impressive CV to her name for someone not even in her 20s, having performed at Brighton Dome as part of Sounds of the City, supported Franc Cinelli on his UK tour and having starred in many theatrical acting roles.

Friday 25th August marks the release of her single "Tides" through Swear Down Records, a track which has been described as "giving Kate Bush a run for her money".

Support from:

PHILY K
Phily's music is most often a whiskey soaked mix of blues and soul, diving deep into the world of heartbreak, unrequited love and emotion. She is accompanied by the talented Stu Day on the piano, his bluesy chords and impressive knowledge of music theory have the ability to bring the sounds she hears in her head to life.
