Our first gig of the year with live music from four brand new guests to Club Integral Midlands Branch at The Edge:

Emily C Smith is a folk, pop, punk, rock, rockabilly, songwriter artist and she will be performing with her bostin\' band. “The genre she has constructed is a powerhouse of creativity – built on talent and bursting at the rafters with spirit and attitude.” A.Hanna

Claudia Barton is a singer and actress. She previously sung with Gamine, and then Cloudier Skies with David Rothon. Her work is characterised by a rich cinematic atmosphere and an extraordinary literary authorial voice – echoes of Hemingway and Raymond Carver, channelled by Audrey Hepburn.

Abi Budgen is a songwriter, guitarist, time-traveller, Sister Rosetta devotee and self-confessed Country Blues anorak. She aspires to make music that is honest, witty, sometimes surreal and always groovy. “effervescent…esoteric…energetic…and (occasionally) off-the-wall...” Tower of Song
